    I can only soft-delete as well, and I think Aaron, Shawn and John are the same (although they may have the option to hard-delete). I think that there may be a Forum script that periodically runs to permanently delete these items, although Shawn/John should be able to give you the definitive answer and remove those items for you.

    Looks like it's gone now on my profile. Either the admins deleted them, or they fade them self. :)
