Hello i am sorry if this is not the right spot to post this but i didn't know where else to go

I am building a forum and last i cheeked there is not a forum forum to ask my question lol

Well my question is this: Since most forums have smileys ...for example(:)

) i wanted to put some smileys on my forum that i am building.

Where do i find smileys online free to use not copyrighted and without viruses included for my forum?

I would like them to be similar to the ones on this website and i would like them to be animated.
