Breaking News : Lost muscles re-discovered!

Yes, thats right : after a week of snowboarding I found some muscles that I lost in my 30's. Naturally, they didn't want to be found, and protested vigorously! No body parts were permanently harmed in the making of this holiday.

Glad to be back at 7F.

    Regards,
    Golden

Good to have you back, Golden. I'm glad you've had a good time. :)

Now, go and lie down and give those muscles a rest.

Welcome back Golden. I'm glad that you had fun while on vacation. Here's a welcome back gift that seems appropriate.
