That is an albino daddy longlegs spider.

Very rare actually, should have caught it I wouldn't be surprised if a scientist somewhere is looking for one.

the species is a harvestman spider, i have a friend who studies Zoology and has confirmed it is the back end of a harvestman spider

no one has noticed what appears to be a smiley face on it's bottom, Harvestman spiders are common everywhere, but I've never seen one with a face on it's butt ;-)
