I have a question or two :P

1) Why can't I PM users here? Do I need a certain post count?

2) Why is there no section on this site where I can ask these kind of questions or leave feedback about the site?

3) I noticed one of my threads in the Chillout forum was deleted, but I can't see how it broke the rules, unless I'm missing something.

An off-topic forum section is not very suitable, I would recommend a section where bugs, suggestions and feedback can be reported, many other sites have such a section, which makes it easier than having them lost under the flood of topics.

Failing that you also use the Contact Us (also at the bottom of the page) link for further information.

I can't answer your question about private messages as I don't know, but you must respect the privacy of those that specify no PMs.

I kinda don't want to spam the webmaster with emails that should be in private messages.

I never PM those who don't want it.
