    Ooh, very nice.

    If I hadn't read the replies here I wouldn't have guessed that it was a "setup" except for one little detail, the same detail that afflicts "period" movies. All the cars are too pristine. None are dirty or dented.

    Hmm...perhaps a city ordinance. All vehicles are to be kept clean and all damage repaired immediately.

    I suppose that my 11-year-old Land Rover Discovery would just barely pass, my '96 Chevy Corsica with the paint coming off would be in violation.
