    The Perfect Pillow

I have never cared for standard pillows, because they were either too soft, burying my face in them, or made of foam, which I'm allergic too, if I breathe it in too long.

Some time ago, I made a custom pillow using a zippered sham, which wasn't too bad, but more recently, I discovered a use for an old army sleeping bag in the closet. I rolled it tightly into a cylinder shape, then tied it with the straps provided on it, then added a matching green bungee taken from a fatigue jacket.

Now, I have a head/back support for just about any position that I choose in bed, whether sleeping, watching TV, etc. I have never understood the popularity of regular pillows.

this should be a top tips thread.

    heres one,
the throw away hangers you get from clothes stores sometimes have a clip for holding trousers on, cut the clips off and use them for keeping bags closed ie, coffee, frozen peas etc

for those brits, marks and sparks hangers are the best

I guess that I must shop for clothes at the wrong store, because they always remove the hangers at the checkout when I buy clothes.
