If only I was rich :o

I like to upgrade my computer but I can't, if I was rich the first thing I would spend money on is a maxed out computer. Upgrading my computer is like an addiction to me, an addiction I can't afford

I think many people also suffer from this. I found the best way to deal with it is to get a half dozen other hobbies and have kids and then you just simply have less to be obsessed with. (from a financial standpoint).

As soon as you are rich enough to buy one there will always be something coming out that is bigger and faster. You will always be chasing the carrot.

Just be thankful that yours is working and you are in good health.

I dunno, that sounds like a huge contradiction.

^ I'm just saying, when you have other hobbies, and other things eating away at your disposable income....you start to lose the "need" to continuously upgrade your PC.

Corazon,
I thought you could multi-task with wife, kids, hobbies and finances.
The nice part is when your kids FINALLY leave the nest it just leaves hobbies, wife and finances. Make sure you destroy/hide all the credit cards when you are involved in your hobbies.
