IE* uses per tab process?
I hadn't noticed this while I was using Vista (Im sure it was using just one process), but in Win7 it seems to have copied Chromes idea of one process per tab.

Yeah I noticed the other day, it does seem a better way to do things.
I guess so, if one tab crashes it doesnt take the entire program with it.
I wonder where they got that idea from hmmm.
IE8 has been around for two years??
Hello dmex.
I haven't had the chance to say hello lately....:)...Hello!
It would be very interesting to "hear" your thoughts of 7000 so far; have you seen 7004?
Thanks.

I was wondering why it appeared as having multiple phyiscal windows open instead of just tabs in the taskbar. Interesting.
Maybe I'm mistaken, but I could have sworn this was in Vista too. Still a much better way to handle it, I really wish Mozilla would get on this.
Yea it works well with Chrome, so should be good with IE8. I'll probably stick with IE8 while using Windows 7 as well.
