Slowest download speed ever encountered?

What's the slowest you've ever seen a file download at? For me it was a few bytes per second with the estimated time at several years. Obviously, I cancelled that download .

I had one like that only yesterday, however I reset my router and then downloaded it at almost a MB per second.

Mine was a few bytes to like 10-15 kilobytes. I got annoyed and cancelled the download.
