I have no problem with people being as novice as can be, but I have to learn that some don't even know the questions to ask. Instead of losing patience I've gotta find out better what they need.

I will not lose patience. It annoys me worse than the OP.
Greg Don't be so hard on yourself. You are wonderful to work with...I never thought you lost patience with me.. not for a second.. even tho I had no odea what I was doing from the get go. I don't mind asking anything..the only stupid Q.. is the one Q. one fail to ask.

Yes Greg I work as an RN and I constantly tell my junior and subordinate staff that I would rather them ask me something a thousand times rather than front a coroners or any court for that matter because they felt stupid asking a question - however simple they think it is.

It really doesn't bother me in fact I prefer that it is so.

Why do some people think turn signals are more expensive options in cars? They must think that because so many never use them!

As was said earlier, "Ads that make no sense". == I heard one a couple times before Valentines Day. -- "Gentlemen, if you don't know what to get that special lady for Valentines Day, I have the perfect gift that she would truly love. The DVD of 'Twilight Saga' is out now." -- Isn't that Vampires, I don't get it.

Kill the HP welcome/poppup screen. It annoys me.
When I boot my computer, (a HP) , screen pops up, (picture of a hand and HP.) I don't want that. It annoys me. It is not necessary. I want to kill it. I don't want to hear how difficult it is, to remove. Merely, I want it not. mmm, someone must know how to get rid of it.
