I hate when People don't know how to use technology. Yesterday I was sitting near a person using an iPad 2. They accidently locked it. When they pressed the center button and the slide to unlock came up, they spent a good 5 minutes trying to slide that little thing.

We all have to learn where the on button is at some point.

I couldn't agree more.

I hate it when people are patronised or belittled because they are new to computers.

Agree with last two posts and that is why I like this forum so much - I have never been patronised, flamed, ridiculed or anything like that unlike some I have been on

Just thought of another dislike though - standing looking at supermarket / library, pharmacy shelves and some ignoramus walks between you and it without excusing themselves - no excuse for no good manners.

Kill the HP welcome/poppup screen. It annoys me.
When I boot my computer, (a HP) , screen pops up, (picture of a hand and HP.) I don't want that. It annoys me. It is not necessary. I want to kill it. I don't want to hear how difficult it is, to remove. Merely, I want it not. mmm, someone must know how to get rid of it.
