Government censorship.
I understand the Government input, but the issue here is that this is a contract that you have to be over 18 to take out, not a pay as you go phone, all the checks were done when I took out the contract.

I could have removed the lock on-line by using a Credit card, but I don't have one, I use a debit card for any payments I need to make, there's less temptation to spend

Let me re-state then. Government and phone company stupidity, I think it's world-wide.

Dinesh,
Your annual bonus has just been compromised by the number of times your boss has caught you posting
in WSF.
This means next year you will pay him to keep your job.

Lol, busted. That will make you think twice about posting anything about your wife too!

Kill the HP welcome/poppup screen. It annoys me.
When I boot my computer, (a HP) , screen pops up, (picture of a hand and HP.) I don't want that. It annoys me. It is not necessary. I want to kill it. I don't want to hear how difficult it is, to remove. Merely, I want it not. mmm, someone must know how to get rid of it.
