Government censorship.

I understand the Government input, but the issue here is that this is a contract that you have to be over 18 to take out, not a pay as you go phone, all the checks were done when I took out the contract.

I could have removed the lock on-line by using a Credit card, but I don't have one, I use a debit card for any payments I need to make, there's less temptation to spend :)
