I really get annoyed when people call the contact center and talk on the speaker phone. What the hell makes them think to turn on speaker phone? Why cant they simply pick up the mobile and talk? Most of the times, I feel like I m talking to a zombie on the other side whose voice is thrice as heavy as mine.
It's also rather annoying to call a "not-quite-so-brand-name" appliance's customer service TECHNICAL phone#, only to be answered by a guy with a difficult to interpret accent - eating what sounds like a greasy turkey leg with a mere "Hello?!" (and of course there's children crying in the background) - He has no idea of the product (but he was a real tech, just incompetent) And his whole tone is, "why are you bothering me while my family is eating dinner?!"....of course I'm wondering the EXACT same thing! (that's AudioVox for ya' ~5 years ago)

relating to near zero differences in browser speed performances.
