Co-workers who act as if they were working when everything shows that the only work they do is to find ways to delegate their workload to others. Especially annoying this is when the deciders can not see this, rewarding these "professional delegators" from work actually done by others.

All this is extremely annoying when that co-worker does not even have the knowledge needed to do his / her job thus forced to delegate, whereas the deciders see him / her as a real pro who can do anything.

Something about this site annoys me.

    1) Look at "New Posts"
    2) Read a post
    3) Look for details for answer elsewhere on net.
    4) Realise site took you away from 7 forums.
    5) Go back to 7 Forums and look at "New Posts" again
    6) POST IS GONE FROM LIST!

in short, if you've read a post from the new list it will not display again and that post is now lost forever n the millions of other posts in the hundreds of categories and will never be found.

The title is not "unread posts" it's "new posts" and the ones I've read should not be removed from it because I am FREQUENTLY coming back with a detailed answer and can't re-find it.

Fseal, I am not sure I got you correctly?

As a regular "New Posts" reader, using Maxthon browser, I quite often search Google for info for something on the post. I highlight what I want to search, right click and select Search. This opens a new tab for search. also clicking any link opens a new tab. If this would not happen, I could always use Back button to go back to the post?

I always open another tab to search. It is not new posts necessarily, rather new to you. So if you viewed it, it isn't new anymore :)

If I browse away from a tab I find the easiest way to get back is from the History dropdown. It's on the Menu Bar on Firefox, but in IE9 you have to click the Favorites Star and change to History>Order Visited.

While what all of you say is /true/. About once a week I end up clicking the wrong button and closing the wrong tab or the browser and need to come back, then the post is gone. And for what a guy says, while that can be viewed as true in one light, it's not true in another. It's still a "new" post to the site and if I want to get back to it later when I have a flash of insight I can't because it's gone (or at least until someone else posts a reply, then it pops up again at the top)

There really is no reason for it to disappear from that list because I close the browser and reopen it again. At worst it could have a color or icon indication that I'd read it. But making it disappear from the list means there is virtually no way to track it down again till someone else replies... (At least if you are a new post browser like I am)

Since you already clicked on it, it's no longer a New post to you.

You should be able to find it in the History, like this:

Sometimes I find them quickly in Subscriptions which seems to order what you clicked on and hence renewed last.

I do it another way. I have two icons for Firefox. I use one for the forum and the other to search copy and past. I have history turned off.

When people talk bad or judge you ,when they don't know you or anything about you

This has happened to me at work with people in general im not sure if it is hate racism or just being a plain A-hole but in the last few weeks i have had people annoy me with crap that shouldn't be said like working with these people weren't annoying enough

I really think people should really keep there mouth shut if all they can do is make judgments by apperance rather then getting to know them

    The world is still ignorant
