Where's the big thank button?

Hello guys: I've noticed, I see a lot of users having thank stats below their profiles, but I don't have any. Is there a button to thank someone? You know, the thanked by (number) others, and thanked (number) others. Where's that button?

you won't see it in this part of the forum, but in the more techy threads you should see a little rep balance/pair of scales.

I looked at the thread, but I still can't find it... Would a thread like 'installation and setup' have it?

We dont use a thanks system, we use a reputation system.

You can give rep by clicking the scales at the top right of any post (excluding the News or Chillout sections)
