Thunderbird when I'm at home on my desktop - about 90% of the time. Otherwise, I use a web-based interface provided by the ISP.

i used to use outlook until it started to succumb to middle age bloat, and failed to display my received html mail properly. when i have the time, i may check out the new version.

i use live mail to check my various accounts, it doesn't do a bad job and it's free.
