    New hard/heavy rock/metal

Looking for some new groups to look into.
Grown a bit stagnant in my collection.

Particularly fond of bands that still believe in guitar solos.

Can you give me some examples of bands that you currently listen to? I'm a metal head myself and can makes lots of suggestions, but they could be way off base. Most of my metal bands though don't tend to have runaway guitar solos though :)

Currently in my rotation at work
    All That Remains
    Anthrax
BattleCross (detroit metal band, my buddy is guitar player for)
    Avenged Sevenfold
    Blackguard
    Bullet For My Valentine
    Chimaira
    Dream Theater
    Five Finger Death Punch
    Hatebreed
    Hinder
    Iron Maiden
    Kataklysm
    Judas Priest
    Lacuna Coil
    Lamb of God
    Machine Head
    Marilyn Manson
    Megadeth
    Metallica
    Nickelback
    Overkill
    Ozzy
    Papa Roach
    Rammstein (german)
    Rob Zombie
    Sister Sin
    Skeletonwitch
    Slayer
    Slipknot
    Soilwork
    Stone Sour
Straight Line Stitch (Female lead singer)

    I'm pretty flexible really
anything from more 'classic' hard rock
    i.e. ac/dc

    To more recent progressive metal
    i.e. anterior
