Windows 7 - Where are the sig/avatar options? |

Where are the sig/avatar options? Hey, I've been with vistax64 forums for a while and have a modest reputation over there, so I'm pretty familiar with how these forums work. So I recently decided to go ahead and make an account over here at sevenforums too, but I'm having a problem with the custom sig and avatar creation.
First, over at vista forums, in the Edit Signature page, it has the same set of buttons that you get when you click Advanced Options when posting stuff; e.g. bold, italicize, align left/right/center, etc. But over here in the Edit Signature page, all I get is a big empty box where I can type. No color, font, size, or image options. It still has the upload section for a custom sig pic, but no way to actually put that in my sig. I tried manually putting the [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] that is is used at vistax64, but that didn't work either. Am I missing something, or do I need to have a certain amount of rep before I can do anything other than type plain text for a sig?
Second, for my avatar I have an animated gif I want to use, same as I do over at vista. I know a lot of you guys have one, but mine doesn't get animated when I upload it. It just stays a static image of the first frame. (I've changed it to a normal jpeg until I figure out how to get this to work.) Do I need to have a certain amount of rep before being allowed to have an animated avatar or what?

The sig page doesn't look like this?
you are only limited to sig size until some random rep or time registered is met.
An animated avatar needs to be 99x99 pixels to animate, sigs need to fall within the size listed for you and be a .gif image, like the avatar. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Brittechnologies II OS Windows 7 Ultimate X86 SP1 CPU i5-2550K differing speeds depending on the day Motherboard ASUS P8X68-V PRO/GEN3 Memory 16GB G.Skill Sniper 2133MHz, 4X4GB Graphics Card ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card Onboard Realtek 5-1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung P2570HD Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Old Dell USB From 10 yrs Ago Mouse Cat! Oh! Also, my picture is only allowed to be 100x600 max pixels, unlike yours (or mine over at vistax64, for that matter; I'm having to upload a cropped version of what I actually made) which allows 150x600. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell Inspiron 1545 OS MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 CPU Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo T6400 @ 2.00GHz, Penryn 45nm Motherboard Dell Inc. 0G848F (Microprocessor) Memory 4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (6-6-6-18) Graphics Card Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Integrated) Sound Card IDT High Definition Audio CODEC Monitor(s) Displays Generic PnP Monitor (DPMS) (1366x768@60Hz) Screen Resolution 1366x768 (16:9) Keyboard Laptop Mouse Touchpad, and Logitech wireless USB mouse. I don't know why you don't have the WYSIWYG format options. There is an undefined (as yet) qualification for when you will be allowed the sig in 650x150 size. I tried resizing you avatar with no luck.
Read Inserting a 'Signature' in User CP to see it it helps. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Brittechnologies II OS Windows 7 Ultimate X86 SP1 CPU i5-2550K differing speeds depending on the day Motherboard ASUS P8X68-V PRO/GEN3 Memory 16GB G.Skill Sniper 2133MHz, 4X4GB Graphics Card ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card Onboard Realtek 5-1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung P2570HD Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Old Dell USB From 10 yrs Ago Mouse Cat! Hmmm that's annoying. I think I'll drop Brink a line and see what he has to say. Have you tried navigating to the sig pic and click upload? Maybe that causes the other options to show then. Try a different forum skin too. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Brittechnologies II OS Windows 7 Ultimate X86 SP1 CPU i5-2550K differing speeds depending on the day Motherboard ASUS P8X68-V PRO/GEN3 Memory 16GB G.Skill Sniper 2133MHz, 4X4GB Graphics Card ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card Onboard Realtek 5-1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung P2570HD Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Old Dell USB From 10 yrs Ago Mouse Cat! Hello Adam,
It was because you were still classified as a new member and not a standard member yet. I've changed it so that you are now a standard member.
