I like a clean Desktop and to see what is open in the Taskbar.

    Combine when taskbar is full

I use Always combine, hide labels. As for switching between windows, if I have a lot open the Switch between windows feature is real handy sometimes:

Don't you think it's much more quicker to switch between windows by simply clicking on the taskbar? And much more easier by seeing the titles of the windows without having to hover over each tab?

Quicker yes, easier no. I guess it comes down to what you like and I do like the stacked icons on the taskbar. Takes up a lot less real-estate.

    I LOL'ed at:

    I don't use Windows 7.
But I Always Combine. It's just a lot easier for me somehow and that's just what I'm used to.

I always combine simply because the taskbar finally works in an OCD way like me . The icon stays where it is all the time, and I can easily get to multiple running instances of that application easy from a jump list. It just makes more sense to me than previous incarnations where things keep moving around.
