Do they live in ultra expensive California? Median home prices in my city are $629,750 even in the downturn. That's the median price. Average price is $706,482. This poor Guy can't afford a home by himself. Wish I could...

That's nice. And I see this in the description: No Chain Involved. That sounds like a good thing

What would be the average age of homes in that area, do you know?

The age of a house near me could be anything from 1700's - present, but I think most were either built after in the years following WWII or in the housing boom of the past 20 years.

Thanks, that was a nice looking home for $175,000. I know in places in the US prices are similar. We have too many billionaires in this part of the state. A Guy

I looked at the first outside picture and thought it would be tiny, but the inside pictures seem to show a different story.

A math quiz
You've seen a SSD for $97. Since you have no money you borrow $50 from your dad and $50 from your mom. $50 + $50 = $100 right? You buy the SSD and get $3 back. You give your dad and mom $1 each and $1 you keep. So you now owe your parents $49 each. $49 + $49 = $98 + your $1 = $99, right?...

Are there anyways to NEVER subscribe to a topic? I find it annoying that every topic I post in, I get an e-mail telling me there is an update in that topic.
