Very nice, I could afford that. When wages are high here, it takes 2 good salaries to afford a home. And then you usually have a very long commute to where the work is. Working from home would be ideal for those people. A Guy

I'm so glad my daily commute is walking down stairs, but on the other hand I don't get to see many people and don't get much exercise..
The detached garage is what you would get where Bill(A guy) lives.
Bill....Have you thought of renting space at Pelosi or Boxer's Mansions?
Their guest homes have more square footage than where I live.

Yeah, I worked from home for a year. Ballooned up to 245! No exercise, and "hey, maybe some chips, or a sandwich, or...". Started running service calls again when the co. couldn't afford my position. Now on what I call the "company diet and exercise plan", I am down to 196! The only good thing about my job. I bought a treadmill, but it isn't the same as constant motion. I hear you there John. Chain refers to all the other parties linked by this sale/purchase.
A wants to buy B's house, but B needs to find a house before A can move in. A also needs someone to buy their house before they can buy B's hose......etc.etc. etc.
My wifes uncle is settlment laywer in the UK, and his longest chain he ever dealt with was 27 people.
That's the trouble with chains, it only needs 1 party to have a glitch and the whole thing collapses.
Some of the prices showing here might get you a flat around here, if you're lucky.
the average house price in cornwall is £283,344.
whoda thought i would now live in a £350,000 house when i thumbed it (hitch hiked) down to cornwall 16 years ago.
