| | Sounds about right, when CompUSA were going out of business in my area I went into the store a couple items during the remaining merchandise sell off. With signs outside that said "up to 60% off" and such. Well maybe a ream of paper was reduce by 60% somewhere, but the laptops and cameras were all reduced by like 2-3% at best. Games by 5%. And this was CompUSA which has some of the highest inflated prices around to start with. Was not even worth entering the store. |

| | The problem is that they say Up to X% Off without specifying a lower level, in other words not stating Between X% and Y% Off. That way, even if they just simply knock a couple of cents off the price, they are still technically correct with the statement Up to. |
