Corning Displays Thinner Gorilla Glass at CES 2012
Quote: Manufacturers trying to build slimmer electronic devices are at the mercy of component makers, whose parts they have to build around. Corning is doing its part and unveiled its next generation Gorilla Glass 2 at the Consumer Electronics Show this week. Gorilla Glass 2 is up to 20 percent thinner than before, yet equally tough and resistant to scratches, Corning claims.
