How do i Leave a Visitors Message on someones profile or how d o i PM (private) Message some ) every time i try to send a PM i get this

Zeldafan1993, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. The page has been removed.
  2. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Also how do i Delete a msg/reply i make on a thread (if possible)

Thanks
