animated smileys

Can I combine 2 animated smileys into one and still remain animated ?
Such as the 2 below ?

I supposed it is difficult, if possible, requiring 3rd party program and technical know-hows ?

Thank you.

If you use a .gif editor (Don't know any off the top of my head sorry) that can open the .gif and have each frame of it, you can just copy and paste them over to combine the two.
