Windows 7 - looking for screen-capture program that captures in circle or oval

Sorry, the title says it all.

I once had SnagIt ( lost it during Vista computer.... lost product key, lost old e-mail address....long story. )
I now have PicPick and Paint.net.
But none of the above can capture an image inside a circle or an oval.

Free program preferrable......... I'm cheap.

Editing......

Either capturing into a circle,
or
after capturing, I can crop the image inside a circle.

In fact, I'll probably use it myself. As you say, it does look promising.

Update : I didn't know I already have a program that can do what I wanted. Paint.net ...... capture an image inside a circle or an oval WITHOUT the 4 corners.
