    Hello there, Forum!

I've been a lot busy with my university thesis, that's why I haven't been able to log in that often... Also, it's been 12 weeks since I took that Huntington's Disease test and results aren't done yet... I haven't got the time to think about that since my thesis is taking everything...

On the other side, I've been a little sad because I'm feeling a little alone here and there, all my friends have girlfriends/boyfriends and it kinda makes me want to have a girl by my side... Just to spend time, sharing, have fun and mostly to communicate emotions... It's not the end of the world, there are billions of women out there, I guess I just have to wait for the right one...

I cannot believe that I'm only months away from getting my Marketing degree I'm excited and scared at the same time... A whole lot of emotions running through your veins...

Hopefully all the guys around here: mike, shawn, bill, dennis, kevin, lpt, joan, jerry, kari... and all the other guys (I can't remember you all) are fine, here's a big hug for you group hug! YAY!

I'll be logging in from now and then to update you about my Huntington's Disease test... I'm so impatient right now, can't wait for the results...

    Love you all!
    Cheers
Punkster hi.. It's wonderful to see you post again. Yes, You have surely been missed around here. You've sure been a busy guy.. I'm glad your studies are about to end for now.. It's quite normal to be excited and yet scared at taking off in the world with your new degree.. where you plan to make your living from now on.. YOU can do it !!!, you've worked hard and long to get to this place. I'm very excited to see where you will work. I know you'll be happy working now as you can purchase things you couldn't earlier. I also look forward to your posts again.

About your test.. let us hope this length of time represents .. the fact you aren't in serious trouble..do keep us updated on this.
Girls.. girls.. they can wait.. I know it sounds silly.. but it's the best for now.. hopefully you and your guy friends can get together a bit more often now..no doubt there will be girls where ever you all show up.. that's like a magnet.. lol.. for both.
Keep us posted on how your thesis goes.. your grades.. I know your family members are delighted for you as much as we here in W7Forum
    hugs

    Today.
    Finally I can breathe.
This is what happened to my son's left leg after playing soccer at his elementary school yard.
Hope he will have his left leg back to its normal shape and function. :)

Kevin hi.. I sure hope your Son will follow the instructions the doc's have given him for now.. that's a very nasty break..with doing what he needs to do now .. will surely turn out with great results.. crutches are no fun.. but they will help him to get around..
I feel he will do great.. I do know it's scarey when a youngster has things like this happen, however his age will help with a great outcome.
I hope you'll post back when time permits .. to update us on how he's doing.:)

Very glad to see him being able to manage the pain.
I did feel sad seeing him suffer from great pain for two full nights after plate removal surgery. Gladly the anesthesiologist very cooperative in giving him continuous Meperidine (Demerol) injection through syringe pump.
My son had suffered from great pain for almost 3 months after the internal fixation of those two metal plates with 12 screws in Dec 2011. He even took Morphine tablets for couple of months combined with ketoprofen.
After those two plates removal on last Friday, he only got the pain for 3 days, managed by Demerol. Just minor pain until today.
Happy to see him smiling, pacing around in the house, and doing things with his new tablet PC (newly bought as a surgery gift from me).

All I feel now is a big relief. Happy to watch him playing while hoping his surgical wound shall heal as expected. :)
