    Forwarding email..

Quick question on forwarding email. Is it possible to keep the email going to the original email address while also forwarding it? Or does that depend on the email provider?

Ive tried to forward my Yahoo (snet.net) email to a Gmail account to test it out, but I see no option to keep it going to the original as well as the forwarded destination. Just wanted to see if I may be missing something.

    Thanks

    Hey ExNavy

Dependent on you mail client and how you get your mail its pretty easy. You can use mail fowarding with "leave a copy" on the original site. There is a problem with it though. If your not careful you can fill up you mailbox and start getting bounces if you dont keep an eye on it.

If you let us know where/how you get mail we might be able to help

    Thanks ZigZag.
I use Yahoo email (snet.net address). I am forwarding to Gmail. Ill check the Yahoo forwarding settings again to see if I missed the "leave a copy" option.

I know that gmail allows you to (i use it) and web providers do, but I cant remember my Yahoo passwors to check there.

    Good Luck
