I have no trouble at all trying to spend time to answer people's questions if I can -- what does disappoint me though if someone asks a question and you reply to it you don't get any feedback as to whether your suggestion fixed the OP's problem or not.
PLEASE if you are a new poster post back if a reply has helped you or not -- if the reply doesn't work it will also help other people in not using wrong information.
Otherwise this is a great Forum (and the W8 forum too for those trying out W8).
