    in science there is a number, a very large number that represent impossibility.

    It like a 1 in x chance that something will happen, the x represent the number 1 followed by a train load of zeros.

    Anyone knows that number?

    1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

    Would y'all please re-read what I said, obviously I can't speak for all as some are way off base, only a fool would deny that. Also, please don't rip one verse out of context to make a point, please read Romans 3:24. Actually the whole of chapter 3 needs to be read together to understand what's being said.

    Romans 3:23, 24 said:
    23 for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
    24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
    I don't claim to know how the universe was created, to this puny earthling it just is! :)

    Chuckle. Well, it seems that you are not Catholic.
    Was baptized, did my communion, learned the Bible.
    Learned enough to know it's not for me.

    Faith itself is not the problem.
    (mis)interpreting, twisting and turning it, so it fits personal agendas is.

    The point is this, leave god and all the other stuff out of the equation and deal with the facts. The term "Single Cell" makes an enormously complicated thing sound, well, easy. There are thousands upon thousands of tasks that have to occur in for a single cell organisim to come to be, the probility of each one of those thousands upon thousands of things to occur are far beyond that, , number. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! There is a specific order that they have to happen in and at times with specific timing. That increase that number. . a lot.

    OH! Yea! There's more, let's get by all those layers upon layers of improbabilities and get right to the single cell organism, it'll just die. How do vast amount of immensely complex intelligence come into existence on a flook at the right place at the right time and properly administered? It's going to need intelligence just to survive but to divide and become two cell(sounded much simpler than it is)?

    Which organ did those cell become first? a brain? Heart? Lung? In what kind of environment did they become organs, I can see a liver swimming around in a pool of primordial gunk like a gold fish and say to the kidneys, "Hay, lets get together tonight".

    All the organs need each other simultaneously that is why they use the mothers organs till they are developed enough to continue on there own.

    You have a very strange understanding of abiogenesis and evolution.

    I thought we were talking about planets? This thread sure has gone off on some tangents.
