You shouldn't need a lot of power to play a video on a 50" TV. There are some small, set top boxes, built with Intel Atom processors that can output full HD video. An i7 is many more times powerful than an Atom.

What player are you using to watch the video on? What video format are the HD files?

When it starts struggling, are you running the DJ apps and mixing at the same time?

As mentioned, it doesn't take much grunt to play HD files.

64-bit os on (2) 32-bit processors?
Okay, now my question is: Can you run a 64-bit OS on 2-32 bit processors? Note: i don't want to try this, but in theory it should work if the OS can address both processors as 1 64 bit processor, correct?
