    EF Skin added


    I had the EF default skin back ported for use on VF a while back, due to site configuration it never quite worked properly on SF and I didn't have the time to figure out why and how to fix it..........until now

    EF Style is now live and should be fully functional, but if you do spot any bugs then please let me know.
