ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime

Newegg.com - ASUS TF201-B1-CG Transformer Prime - Champagne NVIDIA Tegra 3 1.30GHz 10.1" Wide XGA 1GB Memory DDR2 32GB Flash Integrated Graphics

It seems I bought the last one in stock there. I can't wait to get this, as my current tablet has been driving me nuts (lagging, low capacity, lack of many sensors...). Anyone here have one? I'm thinking one use I'll have for it is testing C++ code on (yep, there's even an app for that which I have on my phone already).

I've got the previous generation model, the eeePad Transformer TF-101. It's been solid, except for the Ice Cream Sandwich rollout. I have the update, but the device will randomly reboot (only when asleep) and it won't always reboot successful, so it will just sit at the logon screen and churn until the battery dies. Also, the sound will decide to just go out and won't come back without a unit reboot.

Asus has acknowledged both issues, but we are still waiting on a fix.

I imagine that even if ASUS fails to correct that issues, that some custom Android ROM will be made to fix it. So, until then I think I'll leave mine on Honeycomb when I get it.

I have the TF-201 Prime now, and its absolutely amazing. Insanely fast, no bugs so far, and battery life is good. My only complaint: it looks too much like an iPad (everyone keeps thinking its an iPad I have when they see me with it...)
