Same gravy different meat.
A pound of hamburger gravy and a loaf of bread plus a veggie can sure be "stretched" at dinner time just add more gravy for more mouths.

Before my time.
Back during WWII all the men were in the service my Dad lived with the rest of the family Aunts, cousins, grandparents the entire family. in McGehee, Ark.
The war was on but the depression wasn't over in rural Arkansas.

He told me that sometimes it was referred to as "Passover Gravy".
There was so much gravy for all the mouths the meat was just passed over the skillet at breakfast.

The meat might make it in the pot for supper.
Mike hi.. Sawmill gravy ( white gravy, before the flour and drippings change color , cooked enough to remove the flour taste ) with a lot of fresh ground black pepper in it.. I've grown a tad lazy so I use a packaged mix , then I prepare it over the weekend .. I put the leftovers in a jar with a lid.. take out what I need , warm it up in the microwave, there's no meat in this gravy, crumbled , crisp bacon would sure be delicious.
Your message made my mouth water for that breakfast food.

I think your pkg makes more gravy than mine.. I love the old grist mill look on the pkg.. there's one in Eureka Springs, Ar.. that looks just like that on your gravy mix.. it's on a small river, I forget the name.. beautiful area. If it's gravy I love it.

When I'm really rushed at breakfast time.. I'll throw together a smoothie...
I small container of strawberry yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 banana, 2 TS Wheat Germ,
2TS O.J., I cup ice cubes, blend until the ice is crushed very fine .
Drink, enjoy.. along with my vitamines. Optional: use fruit you like.

Don't knock it to have tried it but to tell you the truth most of us just mask the taste with vinegar.
