Nothing, or a toasted baguette from work with 3-4 rashers or bacon, 2 hash browns and bbq sauce, or toast with marmite

Cigarette and coffee compulsory, and my dentist loves me for that!

Sounds scrumptious! Tomorrow I'm going to have cheesy eggs scrambled with tons of cheese (provolone, cheddar and mozzerella), bacon slices, English muffins piled high with fruit jam, cocoa made with coffee instead of water or milk, a few watermelon slices, and some pastries for dessert --- probably including an eclair. (I only eat this way on the weekends --- during the week I'm very health conscious and minimalist with my food.)

Excellent idea.
Where the heck did my wife hide the grits?

Two baked apples and a handful of pills today.

The grits will have to wait until tomorrow.
