I get an upset stomach every time I take antibiotics so I take a couple of Acidophilus tablets with the antibiotics and have no more tummy troubles. It replaces the good bacteria the antibiotic kills which cures the upset stomach.

I am having Trader Joe's British Crumpets (nearly as good as Warburtons) grilled with cheddar cheese and Worcestershire Sauce for my breakfast on Friday morning.
