Today was leftover day; so I had half a glass of OJ, half a carton of milk, sadly no coffee a bit of yoghurt with some apple in it and bowl of oathmeal with water and Whey. And I guess that today is Whey day, because I need to empty the canister and it's still 3/4th full-.-
