This morning I had Sausages Yorkshire pudding and Onion gravy, Max had Tuna Flakes and Cat Milk ... then Max went out (with Me) exploring.

Yeah he is getting me well trained Bill

This morning I had Golden Nuggets , Max had Wafer Thin Chicken and Kitten Biscuits + Cat Milk

Hello.. some think if you snack ONLY all day , you actually will eat less..
( that's taking into consideration you do it moderately )
NO, over eating at all, just snaking on foods that are good for you.

Hello.. some think if you snack ONLY all day , you actually will eat less..
( that's taking into consideration you do it moderately )
NO, over eating at all, just snaking on foods that are good for you.
I tried the "all day snacking" diet before. Nothing but wholesome, nutritious, good for ya foods.

Longest 2 1/2 hours of my life.

I went on the Severe diet. Every two hours, some Protein and NO carbs.
I gained almost 30 Lbs in two months.
Diet's really work grand!

None of these diets work, you just have to eat moderate amounts for the amount of energy you actually use per a day, and eat smaller but more regular meals, this will speed up your metabolism. Eating three large meals a day will actually down your metabolism.
