I eat a big breakfast... moderate size lunch , then at night I eat light, fruit and or yogurt , or half a sandwich at times or
I will revert back to breakfast foods. ( not the whole breakfast ) .. maybe a scrambled egg sandwich with 2 strips of bacon, tomato in it. In winter I like a big bowl of soup, keeps me warm and cozy.

Unfortunately, I had my traditional S.O.S. yesterday.

On other days, I usually have plain ole cereal.

Any suggestions? No onions or peppers, please.

I'm still eating Eggs and Turkey bacon.
It'd be OK if I was losing weight, but I'm not.
Cholesterol is down though.

Most mornings it's one egg over-easy, one Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage link, two slices of buttered toast and coffee. I slice the sausage lengthwise so I have two pieces. One piece goes in a folded slice of toast for yoke dipping. The other half of the sausage goes in the other slice of folded toast with the balance of the egg. Basically, I like sandwiches.

Sometimes I splurge and have two scrambled eggs mixed with two diced sausage links rolled up in two or three flower tortillas. Again a sandwich. I do those if I don't have anything going for a few hours. Otherwise I feel like someone needs to push me around in a wheelbarrow.

I have a HPD5000T which was delivered with Vista Home Premium. I've upgraded a couple of older PCs from XP to Win 7 pro with no problems so I thought I'd have a go at the vista machine. This machine was never great under vista and has been a mess under Win 7. First I tried a genuine upgrade over...
