What's for Breakfast ?

Breakfast was on time this morning, I had Chicken Vindaloo Pizza and Max had Sheba Select Chicken Slices and Cat Milk

A Fire house turkey and cheese sub, hot chocolate, peach fruit cup, 4 cups of coffee.

4 pills & 5 cups of coffee.

I'm back on my diet this week after taking December off and gaining back 10lbs , so this morning breakfast was 6oz rump steak and scrambled eggs.

Scrabbled eggs? Is that an English term for scrambled eggs?

This morning I'm going to have Beacon Grill, Eggs, Tomatoes, Hash Browns and Coffee, Max is having Sliced Ham and Cat Milk

a bottle of water.. eaten out at restaurants 2 nights in a row, and doing a 3rd night tonight..

normally I dont care but since I put on like 11lbs over christmas my normal athletic physique is some what bulging.. and its too cold to go cycling atm (yeah its an excuse ha)
