I don't eat breakfast or lunch. I have a banana on the drive home from my last call

2 scrambled well eggs, one slice of buttered wheat bread toast, and unsweet tea. Sometimes I order a waffle to go with it.

Today: Oatmeal w. blackberries & artificial sweetener. Tomorrow: Omelet w. cheese, home-grown onion and basil. Black coffee is always on the menu

Breakfast for me is usually dry cereal.

On rare occasions I will have eggs and something.

Also, rarely, I will have beans on toast, taking me back to my New England roots.

Every Sunday morning I will have S.O.S. on a biscuit. Go to Google friends.

    On weekdays, no breakfast.

BUT on the weekends HUGE breakfasts. Today I'll make scrambled eggs mixed with lots of cheese, 2 slices of bacon, an English muffin + jam, a giant mug or two of half coffee/half cocoa (sort of a 'cafe mocha') and for dessert (gotta have dessert - even with breakfast) some watermelon slices and a couple of cookies. Yum!!!!

PS In case anyone's worried that my next stop with be the ER for my impending heart attack, the eggs are non-fat Eggbeaters, cheese is low fat, all fat is drained + patted off the bacon, there's no butter on the muffin, and the cookies are relatively low fat.

1 cup of coffee and 8 pills.

    That is just breakfast.

5 for lunch and 7 more for dinner.
No wonder I'm not hungry I'm full of Rx pills.
