I had a bowl of granola when I got in to work at 8:30am. At about half 10 I then had an egg and bacon sandwich, which is more of a brunch as I skip actual lunch on a Friday to try and finish work a bit earlier.
Why do bad things look and taste so good. I guess this would be followed by a full roast for lunch.
It's because we are psychologically attracted to food which contains a higher fat content, it's a main distinct we've had since our ancestors, since food used to be harder to get millions of years ago
