    I am actually surrounded by sandwich shops and cafes! but my lead lined stomach was happy with what I had.. despite the smell of bacon wafting through my door currently!!

    A few days ago i got in a Banana oatmeal strawberry yogurt smoothie in i was a champ all day

    mmmm, a smoothie sounds good and healthy.

    What kind of machine do you use to make them.
    I have been thinking lately of making them but, as usual I have no clue.

    COMPUTIAC try this.

    Pick some things you like. (fruit, peanut butter, bacon, ect.)
    Put them in a blender with ice and some milk or cream and blend them to what ever texture you care to have.

    Regular blender nothing fancy bunch of fruit ice yogurt milk packet of oats flavored non flavored and a dash of cinnamon and a dab of liquid coffee creamer for a extra flavor burst
