Breaking rules for not logging in for two years?

After two years, I logged back in this account. The first message that I get immediately prompted is:

You have chosen not to accept the forum rules, so registration cannot continue.
Now, that's not the welcome I expected. What's wrong?

Well, I feared I had been banned or something, but since I can still post, everything seems normal.

Oh yes, now I remembered

First I went to the registration page to make a new account, then I remembered I might have had registered already. So I tried logging in, and then I got the message.

Probably a glitch for going to the registration page, and then logging in.
