Done

Rather than replacing the colours on the original image, I decided to remake it. I was also able to increase the resolution of it, so it's 10x the size of the original

I've also attached the PSD if you want to take a look.

One of the easiest ways is to have each component (background colour, text and logo) on separate layers.

You can then change the colours at will.
