Hello gunniz and welcome to the forums

Even though I'm a Newcastle fan, I'll help you with your problem

What version of Photoshop are you using?

Would you like me to do it for you, tell you how to do it, or both?

Tom

Done Rather than replacing the colours on the original image, I decided to remake it. I was also able to increase the resolution of it, so it's 10x the size of the original

I've also attached the PSD if you want to take a look.

One of the easiest ways is to have each component (background colour, text and logo) on separate layers.

You can then change the colours at will.
