Do you think this is a good iPod Touch replacement?

I will keep the iPod Touch so I can play any games that won't run on Android. I want a device that will give me 2 or 3 hours of gaming (which is something my iPod Touch 4g struggles to do)
P.S. I am not an Apple hater or an Android fanboy. I just want a device that I can tweak and customize that has good performance and good battery life.

It has the Google Play store preinstalled, so you can get all fo the Android apps available.
