That's not a quirk.

I like farting on, or accidentally stepping on the feet of, people who are rude or discourteous at the market or mall.
That's a quirk, but a good one.

I say hello to everyone I make eye contact with. If I am reasonably confident of their native tongue, I like greeting them in their language.
I do that to, but not many people greet back nowadays.

I kneel down to speak to children or persons who are in a wheelchair.
You are just a nice man, not a real quirk.

I will not eat at a buffet. If there is a sneeze guard, there is no Antman.
I don't mind, it's good for building resistance.
As log as they don't vomit on my plate, I'll eat it.
