Make Windows 98 Boot Screen Full Screen?

I have an old IBM Thinkpad 760XL and I can't get the boot screen to go full screen. The Windows 98 installation is NOT the stock IBM install of Windows 98. I got this computer baout 2 weeks ago from a relative and even though it is no big deal, I can't figure this out. I didn't reinstall Windows on it, someone else did a long time ago.
Here are some pictures of the Windows 98 boot screen:

There is no option for screen size. This Thinkpad has a Bios called "Easy Setup" which is cool because it has a cursor but you can't change hardly anything. There are no display options except in the Test section where you can test it.
Also, the bios post screen comes up full screen, but the Windows 98 boot screen won't.
